Saturday--Tricia

SO glad cheat day is here...I swear it's the only thing that keeps me on program all week. I know it's sad...but it's true!

Breakfast
3 donuts
choc milk


Lunch (Max and Erma's)
4 fried cheese cubes
1 pc pretzel bread--dipped in queso dip
1/2 bacon, bleu cheese, mushroom burger
fries
diet coke

Snack
2 chicken selects

later snack
reese's PB cup sundae from Bob Evans

Dinner
leftovers from lunch
1/2 hamburger
4 cheese cubes
1 pc pretzel bread

I was MISERABLE by the time I went to bed..I ate WAY too much.

oh good!! I considered lying..and saying I at like 2 and then adding the 3rd for a snack this afternoon so you wouldn't think I was a total heiffer! ROFL
