I'm seriously jonesing for some junk. Everywhere I turn there is Halloween candy, and yummy Fall desserts like pumpkin pie, etc. I know I can have these things...but I hate to give up my points for them. Even if I count the points, I kind of feel like I'm "cheating" when I eat them. I actually ate a handful of Reese's Pieces today, just because I felt like if I didn't eat some junk (isn't that pitiful?) that I was gonna get really mad, lol!
I've been journaling my food the last couple days, but I'd just been really busy and hadn't gotten online.
