I think I'm in a rut of foods to eat...although maybe it's just that I hate prepping food, and I always feel too busy to prep something good and healthy. I really need to make prepping/planning my food a bigger priority, although...not this week. Tomorrow is another long work day for me, and then P has his test Friday morning, and I'm going to the hospital directly from preschool, so I'm not sure when I'll get home Friday afternoon.
Anyway! Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast:
granola bar 2 pts.
Lunch:
Tortilla 2 pts.
cheese 4 pts.
chips 3 pts.
salsa 0 pts.
Total: 9 pts.
Skinny cow 2 pts.
Dinner: (Still not very hungry...sick-ish still)
1 c. cottage cheese 4 pts.
8 triscuits 3 pts.
Total 7 pts.
1/2 c. REAL ice cream...4 pts.
Daily total: 24 pts.
