Vanilla Yogurt

PB Choc. Granola bar

Crackers/Laughing Cow cheese
4 slices roast beef/1 cup green beans
clementine & strawberry applesauce
Hershey's Snacksters 100 Cal Pk.
Pretzels
String cheese
Gingerbread graham crackers

I accidentally missed a meal at work today...I was SO busy!

I feel good on this program so far. No energy problems, etc.

No, I went to bed before I updated. I fixed it now! I think I got all 12 yesterday!
