Food intake for Tuesday - C

OK...here's what I ate today, on my first day of 6WD:

Low Sugar Apple/Cinnamon oatmeal
HB egg
wheat bread/strawberry jam
box of raisins
large apple
Lowfat Club crackers with Laughing Cow cheese
Skinless chicken drumstick & green bell peppers
Cottage cheese
Pretzels

I've drunk my water today, and did 20 minutes on the elliptical. Go me!

Oh, and since I am starting a new thing, I weighed in today...200 lbs. even.

were all these things 100 calories...cause you only ate nine times (I almost wrote "eight" nine times ha!) Maybe you ate more that isn't on here??

I was counting up the # of times I would eat based on when I get up and go to bed and it came out to like 10 or 11 times. If that's the case..I might have to up my caloric intake some..oh DARN! LOL

No this is exactly what I ate all day. It only comes up to nine meals, which would be 900 calories. I know that's not enough. I'm going to work on getting those additional meals in, or I'll up my calories to meet the need.

Truly, I never was hungry between meals though.
