Thursday Food - C

6WD Day 3

OK, I weighed this morning just to see what's what...I'm down 3 lbs. in 2 days! This is not an OFFICIAL weigh-in, but I'm stoked to say the least! Woot!

Sorry I didn't finish updating my foods last night...I did it just now. I think I got in all 12 "feeds"! Yay!

OK...so far today:

Yogurt
Granola bar
hb egg
pretzels
100 cal pk
Progresso Light Vegetable Noodle soup. I drained off almost all of the liquid.
1/2 roast beef/cheese sandwich
Other 1/2 RB/chs sandwich (lol)
Honeycrisp apple
5 Light Club Crackers/Laughing Cow cheese

Did 20 minutes on the elliptical.
