Sunday eats - Cindy

Just want to write down my foods so far, before I start forgetting them, lol.

Banana
granola bar
hb egg
popcorn
crackers/cheese/dill pickle
oatmeal
2 oz. grilled chicken/green beans
Gingerbread graham crackers
strawberry applesauce & 5 pretzels

Also, I forgot to mention that I started my period on Friday night. I don't know if I'm retaining any water or anything, but it will be interesting to see once it goes away.

good girl for getting right back at it today. Do weekends seem to be harder or easier as far as all the "feeding" goes?

Yesterday was a *little* hard, in that we were really on the go, and not always somewhere that it was appropriate to open up my purse and whip out some food. And then, we ate out BIG. But, it wasn't *hard* either.... Today has been easy. Piece of cake!

hi cindy and tricia! way to go cindy on the diet.......it sounds like it's really working for you! do you feel like you have more energy or that your metabolism really is "revved"? i know tricia's planning to start it this week, and i hope to start it soon myself. so far, your results have been really encouraging! keep up the good work and good luck, tricia!
