I did pretty well today. It turned out to kind of be a "flying by the seat of my pants" day, so it definitely could have gone a lot worse.
Breakfast and lunch were unexpectedly "on the run," and then I slept through dinner. I just had a Lean Cuisine when I woke up, just because I was too sleepy and hungry to do more.

You know..one of the things that I love about WW is that you CAN eat fast food and it doesn't "blow" your diet, you know?
