Well, Tricia you were right!
I actually lost a pound this week. Whee, a whole pound, lol! It's certainly better than gaining, but I'm more excited now to be back doing WW where I'll probably see some real results.
Week 2, here we go!

heck of a lot better than gaining a pound! And to think that you did that when the only "real change" you made was drinking more water. Week 2 weigh in will be awesome, I bet!!!
