What I DO have is a scale that was sitting on a sock and causing the weight to not register correctly.
My weight is 279. I haven't gained..so I suppose I will be happy with that.

I've lost 2 more lbs (27 total) and I couldn't be more THRILLED. Not sure why I am continuing to lose..when I am not watching what I eat...but I'll gladly take it!!
Back to counting points tomorrow...and exercising. I borrowed Yoga Booty Ballet from the library and am excited to try it out.
How are things over there, Cinderella???

Today should be good.
I got on the scale this morning----280!!!! which means by some miracle of God, I lost the 2 pounds I gained plus an additional 1!!
I don't see any reason I should stray from my diet today...aside from the 8 pies I have sitting in my freezer. (Logan had a fundraiser--they are supposed to go with me to TN for turkey day..we'll see if they all actually make it!)
Lindsay arrives today. Both boys are home so we are going to go to the airport to see her. If we don't go out to lunch I should have a good day today...if we DO go out to lunch..it'll be iffy. because I have no willpower and suck! I'm going to TRY really hard though!
Tomorrow night we are having a bon-fire at Tammy's...can't wait to eat a S'more! (Can you believe my mom has NEVER had a S'more?!?!?)

Munchies
Man...I have had the munchies ALLLLLLL day!
I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast.
Logan was home with an asthma flare so I went to Wendys to get us lunch..I had a spicy chicken and baked potato.
Then a couple hours later I had a bowl of cereal.
Then I had a couple hand fulls of lucky charms.
Then I had some sweet tarts.
Then Dylan got bit by a dog (read my other blog) and I had some p-nut m&m's and a few sips of K's coke while we were at urgent care. (I figured because the m&m's had nuts in them..it made them more nutritious. LOL)
Then, since we had no dinner, I had a whopper and fries at almost midnight!!!!
Yeah, it was a really good food choice day for me!

I agree that things are going to be a bit tough from here out this year. BUT, I don't want to resign myself to gaining or staying the same the whole time. Next week there is no reason I can't eat well, but then I have my surgery on Friday. I know I won't be exercising the week of Thanksgiving, and then I know I'll eat for the holiday. But really, after Thanksgiving...I should be fairly ok for most of December. Yes, there will be parties, and birthdays, and Christmas, and New Year's...lmao...but I'm gonna keep at it!

Not giving up!
OK, I haven't been checking in...and I'm sorry! I'm at the point in preschool where things get CRAZY, and I'm not doing much else, lol. That's not a *good* excuse, but that's where I've been!
I'm eating so-so. Not great...still too much candy, but otherwise probably OK. I haven't been counting points though.

Road trip!
My best friend from High School moved to Indiana a few weeks ago. Her birthday is Nov 11..so we usually try to get together for our b-days. So, after I drop the kids at school I am driving half-way (1 1/2) hours to meet her. We'll eat lunch and visit for a couple hours and then I will leave in enough time to pick up the kids from school. I'm already planning to stop at Starbucks before I get on the road. Not sure what my eating will be like since I'm not sure where we will eat....and not sure how yummy the food will look. LOL

Not perfect
OK, I'm back to posting again. Not sure what THAT was all about, but last week was just sort of a write-off. I'm actually OK with that, too, lol!
Anyway, I was supposed to be "back in the saddle" today. And I kind of was...but then again, I had too many rice krispie treats, and a few pieces of Halloween candy...I guess not.
My period is kicking my ass (hopefully this is the last terrible one for a LONG time), and I just feel like eating comfort food.
I'm gonna try again tomorrow! Back on the wagon!

So, between camping, Halloween (three parties, eek!) and getting my period this morning, I'm up 2 pounds. I'm actually quite ok with this.

Off Track
So..since neither of us has posted in a couple days...I assume we are both kinda sucking at this diet thing? Or are you being good...just busy?
I think I did ok yesterday...aside from the halloween candy I ate when I went to bed. I didn't count points...but I think it might have been an ok day. *sigh*. I've lost my drive or something. I think it has something to do with knowing my birthday is this weekend. Like...once I get through this weekend I will get back on track so I am letting the whole week go to pot.
My plan is to go to water aerobics tomorrow morning...I didn't sign up for a class this session...but they have open aerobics on friday mornings...so I'd like to at least go to those.
